F4EClim Showcases Its Research at the SESAR Green Deal Flagship Workshop 2026
On 13 October, the F4EClim project took part in the SESAR Green Deal Flagship workshop, contributing to discussions on aviation sustainability during the Non-CO₂ Solutions Showcase session, held from 10:45 to 11:40. The project members also presented a poster highlighting its research and contribution to climate-resilient aviation.

F4EClim advances research on CO₂ and non-CO₂ emissions evaluation and climate modelling, helping improve the understanding of aviation’s impact on the climate.
The workshop brought together European research and innovation initiatives working to improve aviation’s environmental performance and support the objectives of the European Green Deal. It provided an opportunity to share research, exchange knowledge and highlight solutions addressing aviation’s climate impact.
By considering both CO₂ and non-CO₂ effects, F4EClim contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of aviation’s climate impacts and supports the scientific knowledge needed for evidence-based decisions.
Through research and collaboration, F4EClim continues to contribute to a more sustainable and climate-resilient European aviation sector.
